First week of Work Immersion: Sherwood Hills Golf Club

July 18 2017, OJT Day 1

Our team arrived in the Work Immersion Area at 1:56 in the afternoon. We proceed to the sales and marketing office, there we waited for our head officer, Ma'am Marie. She gave us an overview about pur training. After the discussion, we asked for directives, she tasked us to help in arranging the reception hall. We arranged the eating utensils that was used during a wedding reception held earlier in the morning. After the completion of the task we ended our duty at 5:00 in the afternoon.

July 19 2017, OJT Day 2

Our team started for second day training at 12:56 in the afternoon. Ma'am Marie immediately gave us a task, she assigned us in the food and beverage department. There our traineer, Sir Andrew, asked us to dry te eating utensils. He also asked us to cover the spoon and fork with table napkins. He also teached us how to department, we returned to the sales and marketing office. Ma'am Sai gave us another directive, she tasked us to organize the sales and marketing department.


July 22 2017, OJT Day 3

My duty started early in the morning, we've been immediately assigned to assist in arranging the venue of the wedding to be held in that morning also. We were tasked to decorate the chairs with ribbons and also the entrance hall. After the preparations, we witness a beautiful event, the Wedding.

After the wedding is the reception, sets of messages for the newlyweds were rendered. We were tasked to serve food towards the guest, we were handled by the Sherwood's resident chef. After the reception, we were tasked to assist in cleaning and arranging the reception area.
