Second Week Of Work Immersion - Sherwood Hills Golf Club

July 25 2017, Day 4

I arrived in Sherwood Hills Golf Club at 12:55 in the afternoon, we then begin doing our task. We were asked to encode datas that were needed by the Sales Marketing and Management Department. After encoding the data, we proceeded to the storage room, there we arrange the stocks such as decorative materials and props.

July 26 2017, Day 5

We arrived at our work place at 1:50 in the afternoon. We were toured by Ma'am Marie to the different departments of Sherwood Golf Club. After the tour, we then returned to the Sales Marketing and Management Department, there Ma'am Marie explained the work flow of the whole club event and golf. She also explained the stock distribution of the sherwood company. She then assigned us to the different department based on the profession that we want to pursue in the near future.


July 29 2017, Day 6

We arrived at our work place early in the morning. We are assigned at the kitchen, there we received an orientation by the Sherwood's Executive Chef, Chef Jovel Tumacas. Then he assigned us to help in cutting the vegetables needed for the dishes that will be served later in the day. Then we also experience cooking, we prepared Korean Dishes Such as Ramen Bibimbap and Bulgogi. We spend the whole day experiencing the work of the people in the back house.

July 30 2017, Day 7

We were assigned at the kitchen for the whole day, there we were tasked to help in the inventory. We were also asked to cook different dishes. The later in the afternoon we were tasked to tik tak the sales made by the Food And Beverage Department.
